1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

Items that are damaged, used, or not in resellable condition are not eligible for return. Certain products, including customized or personalized items, are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@verveciteino.com or call (808) 822-0918 to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box, including all accessories, documentation, and any free gifts.
  • Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. If the return meets all conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees unless the product is returned in a damaged or incomplete condition.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned damaged or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the product.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. If the item is available, we will process your exchange. In some cases, you may need to return the original item first and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Any items that are customized with your name, engraving, or any other personalized element cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances. You may be required to provide photos of the damage for verification.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Verveciteino or the product is defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
